Common questions.

Is it legal to fly drones in NYC?

It's heavily regulated but yes—with the right certifications and authorizations. Our pilots hold FAA Part 107 licenses, carry liability insurance, and obtain proper airspace authorizations (LAANC) for every flight. We handle all the permitting so you don't have to.

Can you fly in Manhattan?

Manhattan has significant restricted airspace due to proximity to airports and heliports. We can fly in many areas with proper authorization. During your consultation, we'll confirm exactly what's possible at your specific location and handle all approvals.

What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?

Safety comes first. If conditions are too windy, rainy, or foggy for safe flight, we'll reschedule at no extra cost. We monitor weather closely and will proactively reach out if we need to move your session.

Do you provide both photos and video?

Yes. Our Photo + Video package includes both high-resolution aerial stills and professionally edited 4K video with licensed music. Most clients find the combination gives them the most versatile content.

How high can the drone fly?

FAA regulations cap commercial drone flights at 400 feet above ground level. This is more than enough for stunning aerial perspectives of properties, construction sites, and events.

Can you do recurring flights for construction documentation?

Absolutely. We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly flyover packages for construction progress documentation. Consistent angles and framing so stakeholders can track progress over time.
