03 / Prepare a useful brief
Three things to decide before booking.
Who is traveling
Share group size, broad ages and any walking or access preferences. Include a hotel neighborhood rather than a private room number. Let us know if the session is attached to a fixed dinner, show or departure.
The one photograph you would regret missing
Choose the main setting or feeling first: a park walk, skyline, neighborhood street or bright city scene. Reference images are useful when you explain whether the attraction is the location, light or interaction.
A workable backup
Name an acceptable alternative if weather, closures or crowds affect the original plan. An indoor location requires permission; a nearby lobby or cafe should not be treated as a free studio.

Example: a compact Central Park session
Choose a precise meeting point and a small connected area rather than a park-wide route. Allow for the walk from your hotel or subway before the booked session.
Begin with the must-have group photograph, then alternate wider setting views with closer portraits. Keep the pace comfortable for the least mobile person.
Use nearby variations in background instead of adding a distant landmark. If a walkway is crowded, choose another angle without blocking public access.
End near a useful exit for the rest of your day. This is an illustrative route approach; exact stops, travel and photographs depend on the agreed brief and conditions.

Can we fit Central Park and DUMBO into one hour?
That plan would consume much of the session in travel. Choose one area or request a longer route that accounts for transit and access.
What if it rains?
Agree on the decision timing and available alternatives before booking. Do not assume a weather change creates free indoor access or an automatic new date.
Can children or grandparents join?
Describe the complete group and walking needs so the route and package can be assessed. A compact, accessible plan often serves a mixed-age group best.
Usage and booking
Consumer packages include personal use, while headshot and model packages include professional self-promotion. Business packages can include website, organic social, recruiting, sales, press, and internal use. Paid advertising, outdoor campaigns, resale, and third-party use are licensed separately.
The optional $100 priority deposit after intake is credited toward the session but does not reserve a date by itself. A date is secured only after availability, scope, the booking agreement, and the required booking retainer are confirmed in writing.
