A reunion needs coordination as much as camera time. We work from an agreed grouping list and a realistic meeting plan, rather than assuming a small-family session can simply absorb many extra households.

- One headcount and one coordinator
- List adults, children, households and anyone arriving separately. Choose a family member who knows names and can gather the next group.
- The photographs you cannot miss
- Prioritize the complete family, generations and specific relationships. Keep optional combinations separate so the essentials happen first.
- Comfort and access
- Share walking limits, stroller needs, seating preferences and children's routines. Choose a location around the people, not just the skyline.
Scope before surprises.
Extended Family package. Confirm headcount, households, grouping priorities, access and any event coverage in the written scope.
Discuss seating, toilets, shade, weather and an indoor alternative with verified access. Do not rely on a crowded landmark having room for a large group at your chosen time. Confirm how gallery sharing and print ordering work, and agree on any limits around public use of children's photographs.

How many people can join?
Send the actual headcount before booking. Group size, available space and the number of combinations determine whether the proposed session is suitable.
Can we add party coverage?
Yes, as a separate requested scope with its own hours and deliverables. Portrait time and documentary coverage should be planned together.
What should everyone wear?
Use a small shared palette with room for individual choices. Avoid requiring identical outfits if that makes people uncomfortable.
The optional $100 priority deposit after intake is credited toward the session but does not reserve a date by itself. A date is secured only after availability, scope, the booking agreement, and the required booking retainer are confirmed in writing.
Consumer packages include personal use, while headshot and model packages include professional self-promotion. Business packages can include website, organic social, recruiting, sales, press, and internal use. Paid advertising, outdoor campaigns, resale, and third-party use are licensed separately.
