Dating Profile budget ranges are $450–$649, $650–$899, and $900+. Professional Headshot ranges start at $400–$599, and model test shoots at $650–$1,000. Published prices are planning rates; your exact scope, deliverables, and payment schedule are confirmed before booking.
Most clients receive a photographer recommendation within 24–48 hours of completing our intake form. Rush turnaround is available for time-sensitive projects. After that, most sessions are scheduled within 1–2 weeks depending on photographer availability.
Start by completing our intake form—it takes about 1 minute. Tell us your goals, preferences, and timeline. We'll recommend a photographer, introduce you, and help coordinate scheduling. You'll communicate directly with your photographer to finalize details.
Not at all. Many clients come to us knowing they need photos but unsure about the specifics. That's what we're here for. Just tell us your goals (job search, dating, branding, etc.) and we'll guide you toward the right type of session, locations, and photographer.
The Session
The Session
Solid colors photograph best—think navy, emerald, burgundy, black, or cream. Avoid busy patterns, logos, and neon. Bring 2-3 outfit options so your photographer can help you choose what works in the actual lighting. Most importantly, iron everything and wear what makes you feel confident.
Session length depends on the package: dating profile sessions run 1-2 hours, headshot sessions 30-90 minutes, portfolio sessions 3-4 hours, and event coverage varies by the event. Your photographer will confirm the exact timeline when you schedule.
Absolutely. Many clients feel more comfortable with someone they know present. Your friend can help with outfit decisions, hold personal items, or just provide moral support. For couple shoots, your partner is obviously expected.
Weather happens. Your photographer will monitor the forecast and proactively reach out if rescheduling seems wise. If rain is sudden, most of our photographers have backup indoor locations ready. Rescheduling for weather is always free.
Hair and makeup aren't included in standard packages, but we can coordinate HMU artists for an additional fee. For most headshot and dating sessions, we recommend doing your own hair and makeup as you normally would—just slightly more defined than everyday since cameras flatten features.
Not at all—it's actually more common than you'd think. Our photographers are skilled at putting nervous clients at ease. The first 15 minutes are always a warmup. Most clients tell us they forgot they were being photographed within 20 minutes. We specifically match camera-shy clients with photographers known for their relaxed, conversational approach.
Photos & Delivery
Photos & Delivery
It depends on your package. Dating sessions include 12-40 edited photos, headshot sessions include 3-20 fully retouched selects, and model sessions include 10-40 final images. Your booking agreement confirms the exact deliverables before the session.
Most photographers deliver within 5-10 business days. Same-day or 24-hour rush delivery is available for an additional fee. Many photographers also share a few sneak-peek images within 24-48 hours so you have something to use immediately.
Consumer packages include personal use, while headshot and model packages include professional self-promotion. Business packages can include website, organic social, recruiting, sales, press, and internal use. Paid advertising, outdoor campaigns, resale, and third-party use are licensed separately.
No. Our photographers specialize in natural retouching—skin texture stays real, blemishes and temporary marks are cleaned up, but you still look like yourself. We believe the best photos look like the best version of your real life, not a magazine cover.
Some photographers offer print packages, albums, and wall art. We deliver high-resolution digital files that are print-ready, so you can also order prints from any lab you prefer.
Our Photographers
Our Photographers
Every photographer goes through portfolio review, reference checks, and a test shoot before they join. We're selective—our reputation depends on consistently great sessions, so we only work with photographers we'd book ourselves.
Yes. If you've worked with one of our photographers before or have someone specific in mind, let us know in the intake form. We'll do our best to accommodate. However, our matching process often surfaces photographers you wouldn't have found on your own who are an even better fit.
We cover dating profile photography, professional and executive headshots, modeling portfolios, personal branding, fashion and editorial, content creator photography, event and corporate coverage, wedding and engagement, family portraits, product and food photography, real estate and Airbnb, and many more specialized niches.
Yes. We have photographers across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. Our photographers know the best locations, studios, and lighting conditions in every borough. Many specialize in specific neighborhoods.
Policies & Payments
Policies & Payments
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are confirmed in your booking agreement because they can vary by photographer, project scope, and expenses already committed. Review those terms before paying or signing.
If the initial match is not a fit, contact us before the session and we will try to recommend another available photographer. Completed-session remedies and any refunds follow the signed booking agreement; we do not promise a blanket outcome guarantee.
Eligible consumer inquiries can place an optional $100 priority scheduling deposit by card through Stripe after submitting the intake form. It is credited in full toward the final session total and refunded if we cannot accommodate the request. Exact availability, the remaining balance, and any cancellation terms are confirmed separately in the booking agreement.
The optional $100 priority deposit after intake is credited toward the session but does not reserve a date by itself. A date is secured only after availability, scope, the booking agreement, and the required booking retainer are confirmed in writing.
Common add-ons include extra retouched images from $45 for consumer work or $65 for business work, extra coverage from $175 per 30 minutes, and rush delivery from 25% with a $200 minimum. Studios, permits, styling, talent, specialty rentals, and travel are quoted before booking.
Yes. For creator content, boudoir, and any privacy-sensitive sessions, NDAs are available upon request. Your photographer will never share your images without explicit written consent. Discretion is a core part of our service.
