Do you come to us or do we bring pieces to you?
Both options available. We can shoot at our studio for controlled lighting, or come to your location in the Diamond District or elsewhere in NYC. For high-value pieces, many clients prefer we come to them.
How do you handle security for valuable items?
We take security seriously. We can shoot on-site at your secure location, or you're welcome to stay with your pieces throughout any studio session. We're fully insured.
What file formats do you deliver?
We provide high-resolution files for print/catalogs and web-optimized versions for e-commerce. Specific formats (TIFF, PSD, etc.) available upon request.
Can you match our existing photography style?
Yes—if you have an established look for your brand, share examples and we'll match it for consistency across your catalog.
Do you offer retouching for existing jewelry photos?
