A short session can suit one simple goal. A longer session creates room for more combinations, pauses and a wider story. Tell us who is coming, their ages and any access needs before choosing the smallest time slot.

Ask about First Year PlanCommon add-ons include extra retouched images from $45 for consumer work or $65 for business work, extra coverage from $175 per 30 minutes, and rush delivery from 25% with a $200 minimum. 03 / Prepare a useful brief
Three things to decide before booking.
Who is in the picture
Share the number of adults and children, broad ages and the relationships you want represented. Include mobility or sensory preferences that affect the location or pace, without sending private medical information.
Your essential photographs
Name three priorities: perhaps everyone together, each child with a parent, and grandparents with grandchildren. A short priority list gives the photographer a useful starting point if the session changes course.
The household's rhythm
Choose a time that works with meals, naps and travel. Bring a familiar layer, water and anything your family ordinarily uses for comfort. A dramatic sunset is optional; arriving rested matters more.
04 / An illustrative plan
Example: one location, three generations
Meet at a precise entrance with nearby seating, rather than telling everyone to find each other somewhere inside a large park.
Begin with the largest important grouping while everyone is present. Let relatives who need a break step out as the combinations become smaller.
Alternate a directed portrait with a simple interaction: walking together, a quiet conversation or a child sitting with a parent. Nobody needs to perform a personality for the camera.
Finish with any missed priority rather than automatically moving to another location. This is a sample order, not a guarantee that every expression or grouping will happen.
Before you make a decision.
What if a child needs a break?
Build that possibility into the session choice. A pause or a different activity may help; no photographer can promise a particular mood or expression.
Should we all wear the same thing?
Coordinate the level of formality and a few compatible colors. Clothes should fit comfortably when sitting, walking and holding children.
Can we include grandparents?
Yes, describe the full group and access needs in the inquiry so coverage and location can be agreed. Extended-family work is a different planning task from a quick household portrait.
Usage and booking
Consumer packages include personal use, while headshot and model packages include professional self-promotion. Business packages can include website, organic social, recruiting, sales, press, and internal use. Paid advertising, outdoor campaigns, resale, and third-party use are licensed separately.
The optional $100 priority deposit after intake is credited toward the session but does not reserve a date by itself. A date is secured only after availability, scope, the booking agreement, and the required booking retainer are confirmed in writing.
