Release campaigns
Plan the photographs and short films for a single, EP or album together. A release campaign begins with the delivery deadline and the assets you actually need, then works backward to a realistic shoot and edit schedule.
Plan your music project →Custom scope and quote. Scope, relevant crew experience, availability, usage and delivery are confirmed before booking. A project inquiry does not reserve a date.
The deliverables
Make the handoff clear.
- — Cover-photo concepts and a coordinated press-image selection
- — Optional vertical teasers and behind-the-scenes clips with specified durations
- — A delivery list organized by channel, crop and approval date
Before the shoot
- 01Separate the release date from the deadline for artwork, publicity and scheduled posts. Share the earliest delivery requirement.
- 02Decide which concepts can share a location, lighting setup and wardrobe. A photo-and-video day needs time for both media.
- 03Agree who approves selects and edits. Identify paid advertising, label use and collaborators before the final scope is priced.
Know what you are commissioning.
This is a visual production inquiry. Distribution, playlist placement, publicity and streaming results are not included or guaranteed. Artwork design and animation require their own scope.
Request relevant work from the proposed photographer or production team. Availability, permissions, promotional usage, studio costs and delivery are agreed in writing. No deposit is needed to send a brief.
