Concert coverage
Capture a live show with a plan for venue access, stage positions and the moments that matter. Share the set time, venue rules and intended use so a coordinator can assess the coverage before a quote is agreed.
Plan your music project →Custom scope and quote. Scope, relevant crew experience, availability, usage and delivery are confirmed before booking. A project inquiry does not reserve a date.
The deliverables
Make the handoff clear.
- — An agreed photography coverage window and edited selection
- — Optional backstage or soundcheck coverage when access is approved
- — Video highlights scoped separately from full-song or full-show recording
Before the shoot
- 01Confirm permission from the venue and organizer, access credentials, camera positions and any song or flash restrictions.
- 02Share stage lighting conditions and a run of show. Low-light concert work requires relevant examples from the proposed photographer.
- 03Video sound must be planned: a usable board feed, separate recording and editing are not implied by a photography booking.
Know what you are commissioning.
A concert highlight is different from a continuous performance recording. Backstage access, venue permissions and sound feeds are not guaranteed by submitting an inquiry.
Request relevant work from the proposed photographer or production team. Availability, permissions, promotional usage, studio costs and delivery are agreed in writing. No deposit is needed to send a brief.
