Won't professional photos look too polished or fake?
That's actually the most common fear—and the thing we're best at avoiding. We shoot on location in natural light. The goal is 'wow, great photo'—not 'that looks like a headshot.' Your dates will recognize you when they see you in person.
Should I get my hair and makeup done?
Totally up to you. If you normally wear makeup, go slightly more defined than usual—cameras can flatten features. Matte foundations photograph better than dewy. We'll send a guide with specifics before your session.
What should I wear?
We'll send a style guide, but plan for 3-4 outfits: a casual look, a going-out look, something with personality (a fun dress, a statement piece), and your go-to 'feels-great' outfit. Solid colors are your friend.
I'm not photogenic. Can you still help?
There's no such thing as 'not photogenic'—there are just bad angles, bad lighting, and no direction. We handle all three. Every client says they're not photogenic before the shoot. Every client is shocked by how good they look after.
Do you photograph plus-size clients?
Of course. We photograph every body type and know exactly how to use angles, posing, and light to make every client look and feel incredible. All bodies are beautiful—your photos should show that.
